Registration of visa
You have to register visa not later than 3 days after your arrival to Russia. The violation of this term causes serious penalties and detention. The registration of the multi-visa may
be provided for the term of no more than 6 months, to prolong the registration it is necessary to leave the country and return back.
On your arrival to Russia you will receive a form of a migration card where a stamp confirming your entrance to Russia will be put.
If you stay in the hotel, your presence will be registered by an administrator for the dates of your stay.
If you stay in private apartments, etc, you should be registered by means of the organisation, which have issued you the invitation
The documents needed for registration:
- Migration card
- The original of your passport
- The application for registration
